Sunday afternoon 16 February Funky Simone en Fine Fresh Food – the green takeaway will be presenting you the very first Funky Simone Tea Party of 2014! For this event Funky Simone always works together with passionate entrepreneurs in The Hague. Reviews last edition Funky Simone Tea Party (June + September 2013).
Fine Fresh Food is all about tasty and healthy food! That’s why all of her products are organic: made from honest fresh ingredients! Feel like having a mid-february shot of health food? Give yourself that energy boost and be there!
SLOWJUICE
This time the theme is ‘slowjuice’. Owner Gert Verdonk will help you make your own organic power juice with a so-called ‘slowjuicer’. This way you’ll keep much more beneficial nutricients in your juice or smoothie than working with a regular juicer. How does that work exactly, and.. how does it taste? That’s what you’ll be experiencing next week! (questions allowed) Furthermore you’ll be welcomed with a nice cup of tea. Also organic, of course.
SNACKS
There will also be snacks, like Roasted Forgotten Vegetables and Gravad Lax. Gert will tell you the fascinating story behind these dishes!
Take a peek on the website of Fine Fresh Food and read about how this company aims to be as sustainable as possible. Treat our world respectfully. You’ll see, Gert is very passionate about this! In The Hague he’s the only one by the way who sells slowjuice fruit juices (besides wheatgrass which is also made ‘slowjuice’), and one of the few in the Netherlands.
